My leather bracelet broke and I lost 5 charms. I was devastated. My daughter emailed Pandora about this and no response from head office at all...very disappointing. My daughter purchased the bracelet in Hamilton (I live in Waterloo). I went into Pandora in Waterloo and the associate was NOT helpful and rather rude. She did nothing for me and told me to go to Hamilton where the bracelet was purchased. She basically accused me of this happening because I had 6 charms on my bracelet. I made a trip to Hamilton and Kayla at the Limeridge Mall location was extremely helpful. She set me up with a new bracelet and assured me that the 6 charms did not cause this to happen. I purchased the safety chain so this won't happen again. The charms I lost were all very special to me, so you can imagine how upset I was for this to happen.

I went into limeridge pandora just to look. I ended up spending 200 dollars, and absolutely loved the customer service from the store manager who helped me. Will definitely be returning to this location specifically. Great job everyone!

Dahlia was super helpful and if it wasn’t for her i would’ve walked out of the store due to the rude service i had before i got her. she always helps me whenever i enter the store and is just amazing sales person. She is the reason i go to this store

Although it’s Christmas and the Mall is busy, and we were asked to wait our turn outside of the Pandora Store in a line, the Greeter was super pleasant and funny. She had excellent customer service and asked us questions about our Visit. Once inside we were assigned a personal Assistant that was devoted to our shopping experience. She was also pleasant and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience. In and out with ease.
