Staff member was friendly, upselling other charms for my bracelet, was satisfied my bracelet was in stock, last visit some of my charms were not available, would recommend the store to carry more qualities or best selling charms, good for the business, but overall happy with my visit this time to pandora limeridge mall location.

Kayla was very kind and helpful after a negative experience the first time I tried to exchange the ring. Kayla's service was very much appreciated as well as the manager who had assisted me over the phone prior to the visit.
