I enjoy going to this pandora store in Limeridge mall the staff there are friendly, sometimes stock is not in stock but they always order it in for me if they can, but i love the service there I have purchased lots of jewellery there, Would recommend anyone to shop at this location.

The assistant notified and hold a limited edition product for me. She didn't ask me to go back to store on the day she notified me, but with patient for me to pick up the item whenever I'm convenient and she will hold the item for me. I'm truly grateful.

I visited the store in the Mapleview mall to exchange a bracelet I bought for a coworker. We didn't have the receipt or the box but the bracelet was far too big and we needed a smaller size. Unfortunately, this location did not have the size we needed in the same bracelet. Christy and Aqsa were so incredibly helpful at this location and spent a fair amount of time with us coming up with a solution to the problem. They checked their inventory several times and even called Limeridge Mall to see if they had what we were looking for - which they did. The sales associates were kind and cooperative and put the bracelet on hold for us in the correct size. When we arrived at the Limeridge location, Dahlia and Kayla were prepared for us - they had the correct bracelet set aside and the receipts printed, making the exchange quick and easy. They even recommended the app to us! I would like to thank the staff members at both stores, who were respectful, courteous, understanding and turned a potentially difficult process into something seamless and easy. My coworker loves her bracelet and we left extremely happy! This was an incredible example of truly exemplary customer service! :)
