As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. I said what I was looking for and the lady helping me went to work looking up the charm and locating it. Quick and easy check out.

They had every charm I went in for, I was looked after right away by the sales person who was very friendly.

They took care of me as soon as I walked in the store because it was not s busy day. The salesperson was very polite and ready to help. I left the store happy with the gift I wanted to buy for my 18th years old girl bday!

The store was presentable and clean. You could see the merchandise laid out throughout the store. The lady came to me after helping another customer and asked if I was looking for anything specific, she asked my ring size and we got out rings my size. She helped me get the price that I wanted to spend and the look of the ring that I wanted.

It’s my first time to visit and i didn’t feel intimidated by the sales associates which made me feel mire relax as i enjoy choosing my item. I wanted it to be a great experience shopping in store and not just online hence i am particular with customer service and relationship at point of purchase.

First of all, Pandora's accessories are beautiful and I love them. Secondly, the salesman's service attitude is very good and patient. Finally, I think Pandora's rings are very diverse and offer me a lot of choices.

This shopping experience was wonderful. You had your buy more save more event. The sale was in a booklet, easy to look over. Better seeing what was the sale items then looking on a tray and asking. Easy purchase.
