I came in the store to find a specific charm to replace the one i lost. I described it to the sales person and she knew exactly the charm I was talking about and found the exact same one for me. she was very helpful and even shared which charms were her favorites and those most likely to catch my attention according to the ones I already own.

Everything i wanted was in stock,this has never happened to be before. Sales person knew what she was doing. I was in and out of the store every fast a happy and satisfied customer.
