This location never disappoints. The staff is on point. Sarah J helped me find some new band rings on my visit today. She greeted me in a timely fashion, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The store was busy but she didn’t rush me. She cashed me out and explained the warranty, return policy and best care practices for my rings. You’re quite lucky to have her on your team. Well done!

I was greeted by the associate once I was at the front of the line. Maudlyn was very knowledgeable and selected the rings I showed her off of the website in record time. She was very helpful

The sales associate Lorene was very knowledgeable and provide great information about the products I purchased.. it was because of her I not only purchased one item I ended up buying 2 items. She went above and beyond to be an exception sales associate

They were short staffed but there was a sign notifying of that issues. They did their best to work quickly and efficiently non the less.
