The store was very easy to shop, staff was very helpful to recommend additional products and different price points to suit my budget (that was very helpful). The only complaint I have was I was looking for a birthday charm. And there was only 1 left the present with the bow. Not sure how stock is ordered but someone really needs to ensure more product is avaiable to customers

Selection on some necklaces are low. Bracelet that I am looking for was available any more at pandora. I am expecting bigger variety of bracelets.

Pandora is a great business although i believe the prices should be more reasonable. Other than the fact i do appreciate the detail and effort in all pandora merchandise. Although some simple designs seem to be priced higher then some detailed designed which is why i think the pricing should be more reasonable and affordable to everyone.

I was asking a bunch of questions as I'm new to pandora and I felt for a moment I was wasting the sales associates time. Having prices listed more often to save time in speaking with the rep. Having a display and the terms of each bracelet and styles that go with each without the use of a phone would be great.

I am a very loyal Pandora customer for many years.The individual I normally deal with is Maudlyne. You are blessed to have her on your team. She has exemplary customer service skills and very knowledgeable of all your products. I came to your Limeridge store evening of Dec 29. I was the fourth customer waiting in line and 3 behind me shortly thereafter. The customer ahead of me was very upset. Told me the line hasn't moved for at least half hour. There was a young man and 3 other individuals serving customers. Pointed out one of the sales rep, blonde female not serving anyone but laughing & joking & trying to look busy. I finally got in at 8:25 very pleasant Domiani(found out later) served me, not able to complete my order then. Asked where the blonde rep was, told me she had gone for coffee. Very poor customer service having at this point myself, 3 others in store and 3 waiting in line and one of your leads goes for coffee?? I came back 31st when Maudlyne was back-explained to her what had happened 29th-she was amazing-I told her because the experience reflects back to your store. I hope your team improves this so not to happen again. Maudlyne is my reason for coming back

I waited in line nearly 25mins but I don't blame the "2" salesgirls. Obviously they were short of help but remained professional. I work in retail and understand the shortage of employees. I will still shop Pandora!!!

Well, no matter what day or what time of day I go to the store, there’s always a long wait. Usually on 2 people working, and a lot of people that shop seem to not know what they want lol.
