The store was a little un organized because the system said that the pice i was looking for they had in stock but the sales person couldnt find it.

I tried calling twice prior to attending store, however received automated message service. I attended the store and waited for an available associate (2 customers ahead of me). Purchased 3 charms (2 for myself to be added to bracelet worn, and 1 as a gift). Associate did not add charms to bracelet, which service was previously provided (and I appreciated that service prior). I advised of a previous purchase that the gold looked a little tarnished (purchased just a couple of months ago). Associate did not observe said charm. I did request the polishing cloth, and the associate recommended the solution set which came with polishing cloth, which I did appreciate that recommendation. The associate assisted with clasping bracelet back on my wrist which I also appreciated. Gift bag was prepared very nicely.

I was very satisfied the only reason was I had to stand outside due to covid and there are so many options yo chose from and I want to get so many more
