I tried to return or exchange a clip that does not fit my bracelet but was refused because it was purchased on line April 22 and was advised it was too late but how could I return it when our area was in shutdown. Should have taken Covid problems into account

My daughter was shopping and paying for her purchase her self but she was rushed and not able to look at everything. She bought very expensive items because thats all that was available for her to look at thru a glass alone

There was four of us standing in line outside the store and apparently there was an interview being conducted at this time ( with four people) in the store. All the people in line were asking why these four people were standing around talking and there is a line to get in. Perception is key here.

Salesperson did not ask any questions to narrow down what to show us, but randomly pulled pieces to show. Not particularly friendly or interested in us as customers. Not empathetic to my broken arm in cast.

Overall, i was satisfied. I was using a gift card for an item I'd returned pre-COVID, and would have preferred to use it online, however, your less-than-accommodating policies made it such that the gift card could only be used at that particular location and nobody in your organization apparently had the authority to override that - even in a pandemic. So, although I was not dissatisfied with this particular visit, at this particular store, your company policies leave much to be desired.

I very satisfied!!! Pandora store gives me a huge rage of choice and great vibe. One of the thin that I like in Pandora store is its employees.
