I went there to purchase two earrings that I saw online - which I did, and I'm very happy with them so far - as well as see if I can get another earring of mine fixed since one of the earrings in the pair keeps randomly opening up, and falling out of my ear. While I am happy that they at least agreed to exchange the earrings for me for another pair (even though this is my second time doing so), it was a little annoying that a.) I even had to exchange the same pair of earrings a second time for the same reason, and b.) that the sales associates kind of made it seem like it was my fault that one earring keeps getting ruined even though that doesn't seem entirely logical.

There were less than 5 customers in the store, and I waited over 25 minutes to even be greeted. I was dissatisfied with the customer care here due to the fact that it wasn’t busy at all.

I came to exchange a defective pair of earrings I received as a Christmas gift for the another pair of the same kind of earrings (one of the hoop earrings I had wouldn't close). While the earrings themselves are beautiful, and the sales associate was very kind, and happily exchanged them for me, I will admit I am still a little upset by the fact that the earrings - the knotted heart hoop earrings, to be specific - are still /very difficult/ to open, and close. The sales associate had to demonstrate how to do it in store, which was very nice of her, but it seems a bit ridiculous that that's even necessary. Although, of course, that has nothing to do with the store, or associate, but the product itself.

It was Black Friday so it was really crowded. I had to wait in line for nearly 2 hours for my turn to purchase my items. It took quite a long time to finish with my purchase.

The sales girl didn’t introduce herself at any time during our conversation. I see on my receipt that her name is Radhika. She wasn’t fun or engaging nor did she suggest anything.

I went into the store with the intention to purchase some charms during the buy two get one free promotion. The three charms that I wanted was not available at this location. I did leave the store with a purchase but it was not what I truly wanted at the time.

My bracelet broke after wearing it for less then three hours, was very hard to get back to that location.
