The store was fairly busy and I couldn’t seem to get the attention of any sales associate. No one told me that I should put my name on the list in order to be called by an associate when my name came up. I wasted about 20-25 minutes waiting before this process was pointed out to me. There should be a sign or an associate should tell this process to people who are in the store. I resent the time wasted. When I was waited on, my transaction was efficiently handled and didn’t take more than about 15 minutes.

I can into the store already knew what I want to buy, so the sales person didn't have to spend a lot of time with me. At the check out I asked to polish the product before wrapping because it's a gift and it has a lot of finger prints, but was told that I have to purchase a cleaning colth and do it by myself. I think this service has to be provided.

Was told the wrong price of one of the item it actually cost more at check out

Some charms took longer time to find the price in the category book. The prices should be shown so customers can see it easily

When attempting to return a broken product, there was no record of it in the system. Pandoras failure to do something as simple as record a sale properly made exchanging a faulty product a hassle. Instead of walking in and exchanging, I had to argue with one employee, and wait over a week for the manager to get permission to exchange the product.

For many items that I'd like to choose, there was no proper size for me. It can be either the product was too popular or the store didn't have that inventory. And for a ring that I want to buy, the sales insisted and believed there was no my size, so I was about to leave the store. Later I realized that was strange and asked the assistant to double check the size of the one I tried and then she found out it was her mistake. There was a size for me. Thus, the store could have lost this customer if I didn't bring the doubt to the sales.

the ring that I want is not in stock, and after I bought another one, I just find that it has some back point and some scratches on the ring and it looks old.

Overall the experience was good, but stock was limited on rings. I came in to purchase a ring for my daughter's 13th birthday. The stock in sizes available for her (7-7.5) was very limited. I did find a beautiful ring in the end. Also, it did take quite a bit of time for an associate to ask if we needed any help, and for the first few minutes of being in the store, we were the only ones there.

There are a lot of pieces not available from the Shine collection I wanted to purchase. It also took quite a few minutes for anyone to come offer me help this visit to the store.

The staff member who helped us was extremely nice and pleasant I just don't feel she had all the knowledge she should about the products
