I was not fully satisfied with my experience because the charm I was looking for was very difficult to find. It was a new charm but it was not displayed anywhere in the store. Since it was a new charm I’d think that it would have been displayed and not hard to find.

I drove all the way to this store (an hour from where I live) because I thought there would be a good selection of merchandise. I had pictures of at least 6 different charms that I was interested in and the store only had one of the ones I wanted in stock. I understand that it’s just after Christmas but this store only sells pandora. They should have a good selection available at all times I think!

I've been to other pandora stores and i find the staff friendly, approachable, warm... in this store i feel like rushed not much selections and staff doesnt wear smile when they approach .. just saying not a complain but it can help attract other customers..

my earring clasp is not working properly and the earring keeps falling out of my ear. As well i am upset that the other earring i bought is tarnishing

The store capacity is 17 people and staff only let in customers based on them being able to help the customer. Customers where not allowed in to browse prior and store was never at the capacity limit. Line up outside shirt staffed for Black Friday Event

The sales associate that I had was not friendly at all. It seemed like I was annoying her. It was busy because of boxing day and customers were being signed an associate to help. She didnt seem to know about what was in stock and was very dry when asked a question or asked to look for something. I'm very hesitant to go back to this location after today

I noticed there was a sign asking to be patient because they were short staffed, no problem. However, we waited standing beside the rings for almost 15 minutes. Not all the store associates were with a customer. 2 of the 4 associates in the store were with a customer, and I made eye contact with one of the free associates multiple times and the entire 15 minutes nobody said a single word to us or acknowledged that we were there. We ended up leaving, again without anyone saying a single word to us in 15 minutes, and returning to the store at a later time.

The sales associate told me two out of the three products I bought were final sale after I bought them. This is the second time this has happened after I have made my purchase and am then notified I am unable to exchange or return the item(s). This enrages me as I do not believe this is good practice and if I had known this prior to purchase I would have waited on making a decision on the rings. These two rings that I was later told were final sale were full price. I feel taken advantage of for the second time when making large monetary purchases and this doesn't sit well with me.
