Highly Satisfied with the associate who helped me. She was very kind and friendly. Satisfied with the sale there was on during my visit. I found everything I was looking for.

There was a 20 min wait to get into the store. Staff were miserable. only 3 people on.

ook in my bracelet that I currently have and asked for it to be cleaned. I was told that they did not do cleanings during a promotion. Keep in mind that after 15 minutes of being there and a sales associate just standing idly doing nothing, I spoke up again. The sales associate Helen K reluctantly then offered to clean it when she realized that I was still shopping. I understand this policy if the store was busy or in peak times.

Rude associate. Not attentive. Brushed us off according to age? Not knowledgeable. Lack of eye contact or language, bad body language. Not helpful seemed as if they didn’t want the sale.

The service and treatment by our sales associate was unacceptable. Not once did we feel that our associate wanted to help us or wanted to be there. Before our purchase we asked her a few questions. She would not only reluctantly answer but would answer many times without eye contact. In other words she would look away while answering. Before our purchase we asked her to take some merchandise out for a closer look. She reluctantly did. I use the word reluctant because there was always a pause or delay. Absolutely no warmth and not one smile. Her customer service with us was atrocious. We will not be returning.

Salesperson Brittany A. No. 159563 was incredibly rude and unfriendly. She acted as if she did not want to be bothered by me and my two young boys, as if I was somehow infringing on her time and energy. I have made several purchases at other Pandora stores in the past and this would be a convenient option for me to purchase numerous gifts that I must buy throughout the year. However, due to the terrible customer service, I will not be going back to this location.

I had to wait in line for 50 minutes just to step inside the store. There were sales staff standing around chatting instead of trying to get the line moving by taking care of people. I watched multiple people leave the line due to the ridiculous long line, which I almost did as well.
