Our Sales lady was very friendly and helpful while I was going back and forth on deciding with what rings I wanted to get. The manager also came to speak with us she was also very friendly and amazing customer service from the entire store! Our sales lady was named Henrietta and I can't remember the managers name but both amazing.

I'm leaving to Japan & Philippines from Dec 28 - Jan 20. I bought my wife her Christmas present the day after black Friday, but the receipt only allows returns until Jan 19. I explained my situation to Nassera (sorry if I miss spelled her name) and she was very very understanding of my situation and allowed my return on Dec 27 even though there are signs stating no exchange or returns. I'm willing to provide any correspondence of my trip as so she will not be in any trouble. Please give her a raise as she excels in customer service and empathy. Thank you, Joel C.

I always shop at the pandora at the Guildford mall location. Each visit is always easy, I love that i happen to always come in during the times it is less crowded in the store, so its easy for me to look around. The sales associates are very kind and patient and always let me know the current sales before I even have to ask. I'm always satisfied with my purchases. The quality of the jewelry is very high so I don't need to worry about jewelry getting scratched out.

This store has excellent customer service. I was purchasing something for myself and the managers Imelda and Jay assisted me while I was there. They gave me options to choose from and never made me feel pressured that I had to buy something. They were very attentive to me and helped me pick designs based on my style and what suited me. Overall it was a very good experience and I would absolutely recommend this store to my family and friends for their future purchases!
