The sales associate Nazia was more than helpful in showing the perfect charm for my girlfriend, she is knowledgeable and caters great to her customer. I walked in overwhelmed with what charm to buy but she had directed me in the right way, my girlfriend loves her charm! The manager on duty, Beatriz was also great help!

I had to do an exchange, staff and manager was very helpful, I got there 10 minutes to closing, staff Aaina took her time to help find the right piece and went extra mile to clean all my pieces and setting my bracelet with new addition. Also informed me of new promotions coming up end of month. I am planning to go back to buy more during promotion. All this was done while store was closed, I was not rushed at all. Very pleasant experience.

I love pandora, for me is really important to received good costumer service, the girl was really friendly all the time and she took the time to show me all the charms, I love to shop and feel special, I hate when they rush me, but she was really nice all the time

The associate rep was highly helpful and friendly but I was disappointed that they did not have the stopper I want nor the Mother’s Day bracelet I was looking for.

I've been to Pandora multiple times and was never disappointed. Employees are always so friendly and definitely know their stuff! Keep up the hard work Pandora Guildford. :)

The salesperson, Elizabeth C no. 110982, was so friendly, helpful, courteous, and just a pleasure to deal with. Her customer service and sales skills are how everyone's should be. I went into Pandora(in Guildford Mall, Surrey BC) with the intent on buying 1 charm for mothers day, but with her help I left with 2 charms for mom, 1 charm for me, AND the promotional bangle - and guess what? She somehow made me happy to spend my money! I dont know how she did that, but this woman clearly deserves a raise or bonus or something. Huge kudos to you, Elizabeth C no. 110982. You're doing your job right! Thank you! I am a very happy customer.
