I like the products Pandora offers. Sales staff are very nice and helpful and very patient. Sadly some of the products I was hoping to be were sold out.

the merchandise i exchanged was on promotion for women's day. i got it for my mom. it was a little loose on her, i was happy to know that they allowed an exchanged for a promotional item. i always enjoy my visit to any pandora store.

I was in Guildfort store few days ago, this time i came back and met the same sale associate! She remembered me, knowing that I was looking to purchase a gift set for my mother! She is really knowledgble and give us her point of view too! We were comparing between the rose gold set that on sale with the travel box and the same style but in gold. We want to try both of them with charms that my mother already has! She was really willing to do so for us with pleasure! I was also showing picture of the ring I was looking to buy for a long time, she knows where the ring is and find it right away for me! I end up purchasing the Rose Gold gift set for my mother and two rose gold clips to replace the silver one! Plus, the rose gold infinite ring for my self! I'm highly satiffied with my experience today! The sale associate is very friendly! Her name is Elisebelle, will go back to find her for sure!!
