All the associates at this pandora store were very polite, engaging and tried their best to help my mother and I locate a charm I would love. Even though they all were probably very tired from the craziness of the season! Thank you!

My mom gave me money for my birthday and I thought I'd purchase my first Pandora bracelet with it. The sales associate that helped me was Ms Alka and I found her very helpful. I told her that I wanted a charm with the word mom/mother on it and she was so eager to show me all of the charms. She was very personable. She even said a little joke while wrapping my purchase "Make sure when you open this bag you say OH MY GOD, WHAT A SURPRISE?" which i thought was funny. The products are all going to be the same in any location but the sevice I got today was what made it special. I'm happy :) Thank you Alka.
