The sales associate greeted me and helped me right away.

Earlier in the week I received an email about the new Disney charms. I went to the Richmond Center store and was shown some Disney charms, but not the snow white ones from the email. The clerk told me she had no idea what I was talking about. When I went to the Pandora store in Guildford on my way home, the sales clerk was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was talking about. Clearly your Richmond Center Store clerks need some more training.

There’s always pretty rings that I want to buy and there’s an associate that always remembers/acknowledges me. I feel welcomed in this store.

Elizabeth is a very good sales. She is friendly,patient,never give up show me new items. I was in the store almost 2 hours. I am very happy what I got and very happy had Elizabeth helpeing me. I definitely looking forward to seeing her next if I shopping again in store. Great job Elizabeth, keep it up. BTW, this is my first time shopping in Pandora in Surrey. I purchased almost $ 800.00. Very happy!!!

Very helpful sales associate. She showed me various options for two-tone charms and clips. Also helpful in my request of exchanging a charm with missing stone.

I always shop at pandora it’s a great store to shop for a close friend or relative and return policy is great I can return too a any store every 3-4 months I polish jewelry so I am very satisfied.

I was very satisfied with my experience.I know what I am looking for when I enter the store.Everyone free (without customers) always ask if I need help.but I mostly see Elizabeth.She knows what I'm interested in.
