I had a very wonderful experience today at Pandora, thanks to Chelsea. She was able to help pick out a charm for my moms' birthday. She was very knowledgable and showed us a variety of charms that would look good for my moms' bracelet! Not only was she very helpful, but she was very friendly and felt comfortable to talk to. I will for sure be back for another purchase, one of the best shopping experiences !

One of the charm opening end of my open bangle broke which I bought last year, at first I just wanted to fix it, but I was surprised and excited that I got a brand new one because it is still under warranty, and there is a promotion that day, so I bought another bracelet for myself and my daughter.

The sales associates were so friendly and knowledgeable, I had never been into Pandora before but have always loved your charm bracelets when I've seen them on other people. I ended up buying matching bracelets and best friend charms for my friend and I.... the sliding bracelets are amazing!
