this is my first time to get or purchase a pandora item and the staffs are very accommodating and friendly. they make sure that you are satisfied with the items and services they give. they give suggestions and opinions when needed and they really make sure they spend time talking and showing products with you.

sales associates very friendly and helpful. Pandora stands behind their products. I recieved a phone call reminding me that my exchange was ready for me to pick up, which I really appreciated.

Bought charms for grand daughters and myself, however was disappointed to hear pandora has discontinued the sports charms , such as soccer and baseball charms. That was what I was specifically going in for. However please with what I decided on.

I found that Shearen very knowledgeable and was very efficient. I found that the other staff in the store very polite and pleasant. The store was clean and and bright which made it very pleasant to shop.

This store only offer 30 days return or exchange.

Today there was a long line due to it being Boxing Day, but the line went by pretty fast so the wait was good. I was able to purchase the pieces I wanted! Plus they were the last ones so I'm pretty excited about that! Everything is so pretty~

I was also helped by Jenny who so patient with us while we trying to decide on our ring choice. Val made tried to make a personal connection with me which was awesome!
