I love to shop from pandora. this time I visited Guildford location. the sales person does not seem to have exact knowledge of doing bills and all. she messed up my bill and it results in excessive wait time. due to this, I got late fro my job.

I love the way in which representative help to select my favourite items from store. But due to little more customers it’s takes bit more time . Otherwise all over experience is pretty awesome

I love the huge, unique selections of designs, there is so much to choose from. Along with the meaningful messages attached to every design, they create memories for everyone to cherish, truly a meaningful gift.

They didn’t have to ring I wanted in stock, in the size that I wanted it. Sales associate did recommend just getting it online

i was satisfied with m experience but I thought they should offer me a discount when I purchased a set of necklace and earrings like I was told last time (two months ago) when I came into this store.

I have now hd to replace two rings I have bought with Pandora because stones have come out. I have never had to do this with any other products I have bought before. I am grateful for the warranty however now they have ordered a new ring for me and there is no known date of arrival. Could take months. I am now without my ring which was part of a stacker set so both rings are not being used at all. Defeats the purpose of having rings if I can’t wear them. I do want to let you know The service from the team has always been fantastic

Good customer service and availability of good products

The specific ring I was looking for was not available. I drove there specifically for this ring and it was a gift that someone picked out. I was hoping to take it home today but it wasn't in stock.

staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Only problem is the charm and earrings I want to purchase was out of stock
