the wait time was over 15 mins as there were only 2 sales associates available to help. i would give it Highly Satisfied if I didn’t have to wait approximately 25 mins for one ring

Long line waiting

I wanted to get some other color. Moreover i was unable to find my size because my fingers are pretty thin. I wish you guys had some sort of fitting and adjustment services.

Selections of a merchandise was not openly available, sale associate was nice but could have been friendly! Overall experience was basic nothing over the top to remember

We can't look around in the store. Since we would like to buy a ring, so we can only see the rings.

Every thing was perfect. Me and my friend both spend around $400 we really like the service

I think the sales associates were more worried about the safety protocols then giving good service. I found them to be very unfriendly and not very helpful when looking for merchandise.

the wait to enter was somewhat long but due to covid restrictions that was understandable. there was a little mix up when i was making my purchase and paid for the wrong item but the sales associate was very quick and refunded me the extra money and gave me the right item.

It was really difficult finding items I had wanted to purchase. You have buy 2 get one free. The sales clerk wasn’t able to find the items I wanted to buy. I had list and it was difficult and took along time to make purchase. The mask make it hard to hear sales associates they need to speak louder.

Location did not have a lot of selection in stock. Sales associate advised they never got restock after Christmas which was frustrating since I drove farther to this location as I expected it to have stock as it’s in a busier mall.
