The sales associate is somewhat not friendly and always in a hurry.

The wait to get in the store was long. But could not blame the store as I understand it's a difficult time for all of us in this pandemic.

Upon first getting inline I was not treated very seriously, I’m assuming it’s because in 17. Once I told them that I had pictures fo what I wanted to purchase and that I would definitely be purchasing today they took me seriously. Besides that everyone was lovely and it was a great experience

Customer service is a big shoe to fill and its hard with the pandemic

No mask providedy

The 2 girls helped me out I wanted an angel and they had one I was a happy camper

Not too many selection

There was a sale that if You buy one thing it’s 30% off, if you buy two things it’s 40% off, if you get three things it’s 50% off. I got two things and I did not get the 40% off. I did not tell the sales associate but because of this I was not highly satisfied with this experience.

I just think that the price online can be applicable in the stores as well.

There was no one to attend to us in the store and the store attendant curtly mentioned that we need to wait before an executive could attend us. She could have said it more politely. We weren't there to take your stuff for free.
