Well I went on boxing day and I know line was to big and wasn't moving after 3.5hrs I get to go in and the product is sold out but I did buy some charms for my girls

The waiting line is so long and they should have given booklet while waiting to browse and check the other item but overall once inside the store they assist you right away.

don,t have the item I am looking for

Few of the items i was interested in were not available in my size.

No greeting at all and nobody informing us how long the wait time is. When asked for help rudely told off that everyone is busy

For me to be highly satisfied I would need a screaming deal. My grandson was purchasing a charm for me and Aaina was very nice very helpful very courteous to us. He was treated well. Nice interaction.

One of the women helping me seemed uninterested in my business, I had asked her for assistance in looking at two items, in which only one she showed me.

I was satisfied with my experience, there was only one inconvenience that occurred. The day before I had called to put an item on hold, but when I got there the staff said they didn't find anything under my name, and so I had to wait on the wait list for assistance. The workers were able to find the ring I was looking for so it was okay.

Just because the waiting’s time is a little bit long,maybe it’s on promotion,but the sales are really very good

I was satisfied with my visit...everybody was very friendly and helpful there. Especially my sales rep Jaskomal. I will definitely come back maybe even tomorrow while the sale is still going on.
