alot of sales items were soldout. sales werent that kind to customers. sales were impatient.

We were happy with our pandora experience and had no issues with either the products or the sales associates.

This was My very first time shopping with Pandora. Everything was brand new to me. The sales girl who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I got what I want and will come back in next few days to get more charms.

there should be ease in locking the bracelet because it gets stuck sometimes even it's brand new.

The high price of pandora charms is a drawback of purchasing anything from pandora, however, I do see the value and quality in the products. In the past, I have had jewelry that has broken/ become damaged in some way, and pandora has been excellent about replacing the jewelry. Normally, the sales reps are very kind, but this time, I got the feeing that she was a little indifferent and could have been slightly more welcoming, perhaps due to the fact that we mentioned that we wanted to stay within a low budget.

The associate made good effort to me what I was looking for. She was very sincere and honest! I felt that she truly cared and wanted to be sure I left satisfied. She had strong communication skills , she listened well.

Not much collection in rose gold. I wanted the dangling rose gold and birth stones too

Hannah the sales associate who assisted me with my purchase was very helpful and patient. She even recognized me from the last time she helped me and bought something from Pandora. She is a treasure to your company.
