The associate that help me was just simply showing me stuff what I'm asking. She was not suggesting or showing me items that I would probably like. Unlike the other associate that was helping me during my other visit who was very nice and helpful.

When I came in the store I was not greeted. There were so many sales associates and no acknowledgment? Also. I wasn't asked if I needed help and I was ready to purchase two rings. I walked out of the store and came back in and was greeted twice.

Need a movie charm as I like taking my wife to the theatres a lot

The sales representative did not even pay attention that I was standing in the store and she was busy with her own stuff with her back on us. The manager has to come and greeted us and then asked the specialist to assist who was not lively at all.

Most of the merchandise that I wanted (which I saw online) were sold out or just not available. Moreover, the associate who helped me was very friendly but lacked knowledge of how the return process works. In addition, she took a very long time to find the items she has to scan from their merchandise book.

The products are very nice and price are reasonable. We are very sure will be visiting the store again. The sales women was so friendly and patient.

Me and my friend both entered pandora and each were going to buy charms. But the lady seemed to want us out very fast. She said goodbye very quickly, when i wasnt even helped. I ended up saying i want something too and then she helped me. I was not happy.
