This time I was satisfied. The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. In all my prior visits to Pandora Guildford I was dissatisfied.

I was at the Guildford store, and they would not allow me to hold 3 charms that were in stock at the Coquitlam store. This was my first time shopping at Pandora, and I will not be patronising your store again.

Upon trying to enter the store the entrance was blocked off due to their covid rules, I can understand but rather than leave us outside the store they should just limit the number of people in the store, that was not welcoming. Next, the young girl that assisted us was not personable at all. No smile and very little conversation. I wanted to use some of then inheritance money I received from my Mom and purchase a nice Pandora ring. The sales clerk only asked me my ring size and I said I didn't know because I hadn't purchased a ring in many years. She gave me a couple sizers to try, not really seeing if the ring fit or not, didn't ask me how it felt or anything. Once we kind of figured out a size she brought the rings out. There were no suggestions based on my hand size, she didn't ask what I was looking for and there was no kind of assistance. I live 2 hours from any Pandora store, honestly I should not have made the purchase, I am not sure even if I will keep the ring or not. If I have the opportunity to return it I will. I love Pandora, I have a bracelet, I have bought bracelets for my daughter and granddaughter, overall a very unpleasant experience. I should not have purchased

The sale associate, Kaitlyn, gave off a bad impression when I first came in. She didn’t greet me or smile and just told us to come into the store. When I came into the store I asked to look at rings and the whole time I felt rushed and it felt like she felt annoyed whenever I asked her to look for a ring a size up for me. Whenever I kept asking for a ring in size 9 she said with an attitude “if we have it” therefore it felt like she just wanted us to buy something and get out the store.

The worker was overall rude, she did not really help and gave a lot of attitude.

During my shopping, 20 mins in store, the manager came up to me and said- hi can you hurry with your shopping as other people are lining up and we need to get other clients in. I replied- I am still shopping and will be done soon, as I was shopping with my daughter for matching bracelets and charms. After another 10 mins of shopping, another sales associate came up to me and said the exact Same thing! I was very disappointed in the 2 employees as they bullied and harassed me to finish my shopping as I was shopping with my daughter and we wanted to have a mother daughter fun shopping experience. My daughter cried in store and we did not feel appreciated as customers! However the sales associate who helped me (Asian customer service) she was helpful and Very friendly and she did NOT rush me at all! I do not feel like shopping at Pandora again and will be returning my purchase! How will Pandora rectify this bad customer service?

The sales agent(Nazia) was not friendly and did not help me with much options, i had to repeatedly keep asking for what i needed. There was another sales person in my last visit and i had similar bad experience last time, sales person was not helping anyone and i was kept waiting for no reason and had to keep asking someone to help me out. Experiences like these make me rethink if there is any point of being at a pandora store.

The products that i wanted were not available in the store and the lady at the register was competely rude. Elizabeth is fantastic but the entire store and was disorganized in a sense that noone knew where charms were they were running around to find charms not enough staff at all. It was a complete disaster. I think next boxing day salemor any other sale should be more organized for the future.

I purchased yesterday at the store in Guildford Mall,Surrey,BC. store:0442 tran:6309 I am supposed to purchase the regular bracelet where I can put the clips and safety chains. I purchased the love always safety chains. the actual products were not shown together. i selected the charms but didnt notice that the smooth silver bracelet cant fit safety chains. It wasnt also explained to me that i cant exchange sale items! im so unhappy! how can i collect more charms if theres no way to safe/hold it

our sales associate did not have enough knowledge about pandora merchandise. She did not show us exactly what we were looking for and she did not provide us with advice for what we should take or what looks nice in our pandora bracelets for example, show how the charm looks in the bracelet.
