Associate was extremely rude and had no interest in my needs. Upon leaving the store I was going to show my new ring to my mum and it wasn’t even in the box, I then went back to the store to tell them they didn’t even give it to me and then the associate “Liliane M” blantently went “oh it’s here” no apology was given after I spent 150$ to not even receive what I paid for. Upon saying to her that the customer service was extremely rude she had nothing to say. I love pandora but will most likely not return after this awful experience. I would also like to point out that it was my birthday and ruined the mood of my day after interacting with Liliane M No. 195817. She also gave me cheap packaging and after requesting a proper box over a cardboard one she immediately said that they had none but ended up “finding one”. Overall lighten up on the safety protocols and focus more on customer experience and maybe smile?

Staff that help me and my aunt has an attitude,qith this kind of business wholesome and respectful approach to every customer should be the top priority specially cystomer made it easy fir her knowing already what ti buy in this store rather than window shopping inside. Almost all in my family members own lots of Pandora items.

the associate was very dominating and rude. we are following the pandemic rules but associate should deal with customer politely rather than, hey! you can't put your phone on the table. it should not the way you guys should deal with the customer. lack of respect , politeness, in this store. I usually go to other locations associates are really kind &I have shopped before following covid guidelines but associates weren't so authoritative

The "Assistant Manager" Grace is very rude! I understand the covid process in place and how many people can be allowed in the store! I counted 9 Employees! for every 3 customers in the store! They only get 3 people in at a time and most people standing in line had been couples! Then "Grace" expected me to wait outside and give my Credit card to my 13 year old daughter into the store to buy what she wants and when I ask for the manager, she said, "I am the manager and we are privately owned, not corporate, so I can compliant all i want and nothing will be done!" I am happy to provide a lot more details about your conversation!

The worst customer service i have had in a very long time. Associate was not familiar with products and prices. Associate that helped her was rude. When I asked why other Pandora store had the item i was interested in on clearance and this location asked the full price, she went into how prices are different from store to store which is irrelevant from customer’s point of you. I saw the item I wanted on one if the displays and asked for it i was told it wasn’t there.... seriously.. so it took some convincing to get them look again...Disappointed. But happy with my purchase!

I bought a $100 bracelet, in pandemic i lost my job but i still saved money to buy this for my wife. I asked the lady if she can please give me a box for the bracelet so it looks like a presentable gift. I was told by that rude woman that i have not spent enough money to get a box. It might not be a lot of money for your company or that lady but it’s still a lot for me. I am very very disappointed

Associates at this location are always rude! I didn’t want to quickly judge them on my first visit but this is the fourth time i come to this location and get crappy service. No customer service at all. Location needs new better trained associates.

I arrived at the store just after opening one of the ladies took my name as I guess there was a wait. I waited for at least 30 minutes meanwhile two people helped one customer seemed like the sales associate and possibly a manager? another person walked in and the manager proceeded to help them she took there name and went back to fussing around with the other costomer when the sales person was doing just fine on her own she then ask the other person that had just walked in what she needed etc and was helping her before helping me. I interupted her and asked why I was not being helped she said she couldnt help me only a sales person could! I was in a bit of a time crunch but really wanted to get my daughter a charm so I proceeded to wait. when someone finally helped me they did not have any stock on a few items I wanted I settled for one I new they had in stock however it was very dissapointing to keep hearing no stock! If I had been helped sooner I would have bought a few charms but already had such a bad feeling that I just didnt want to keep asking for charms that they probably didnt have anyway! As well I did not like beng pushed to buy something I dont want! Just plain BAD!
