The woman who served me was friendly, knowledgeable and very quickly showed me the product I was interested in purchasing. I appreciated the willingness of her to show me what I was looking for without making me like I was putting her out. Something I have experienced before.

I love Pandora so much, whenever I come to Pandora the workers are always so nice and kind and they know so much about their products. I totally recommend this store to my friends and family if they are looking for a gift for someone.

The manager was there and as I was purchasing the matching earrings to my new bracelet overheard me asking how long does it take to stretch the bracelet as it was still very very uncomfortable tight. She looked and said it was the wrong size and replaced the 2 week old bracelet with the next size up. Wow ! I now LOVE my pandora!!!

When I walked up to the front of the store I was told there would be a 5 minute wait as there was only one associate at the time. However another associate was able to quickly assist me into the store and I didn’t even have to wait a minute. When I walked in she greeted me and asked right away what I was looking for. I was looking for 2 leather bracelets to give as a gift but was told only one was available. However she looked around and found another on display in the size I was looking for. She was willingly to go above and beyond to make my experience in the store a successful visit
