Grace and her assistant were amazing. They are so friendly and patient. They spend time to show me a lot of charms, so I can pick the best gift fir my sister. I already preplan a new visit to pandora, to get one more brastlet.

I was highly satisfied with the experience and service I received during my exchange. The store followed COVID19 protocols and ensured safe measures were used throughout the visit. Grace at Guildford was super nice and friendly! She was knowledgeable about the rings I bought and gave me tips on how to care for my pieces!
