Carlos is a very nice and patient sales associate. I had no idea what I wanted to buy and he took the time to ask about my interests. He showed me rings, earrings, charms, and even allowed me to try on a bracelet when I told him about my small wrists. We looked over cats, Disney related items, and other things until I saw this beautiful ring within budget.

jacky was great. she helped me through the phone, she checked to see if the charms I wanted were available. easy to pick up.
