I went today to get a gift for my mother and needed some help in choosing which charm would be a good pick. Carlos was fast to greet me and he was very helpful in picking the gift. He took his time to answer and explain all my questions I had. I only intended to buy one charm but I ended up buying a charm, a safety chain, and as well as a bracelet. I would definitely recommend to my friends to ask for Carlos whenever they go to visit the Pandora in Westland Mall, Hialeah Fl. I will be asking for Carlos anytime I go into the store again!
