The employee juan was very nice and helpful. Helped me choose the perfect sized pandora bracelet for myself. It was busy when I first got there but they managed to help me right away. I will be coming back to this store

The Sales Associates Naityr was very nice and very helpful. However, the assistant manager Valentina was very rude because the sales associate needed her help finishing the transaction and she showed no interest in helping her staff member. As an assistant manager you have to take the role and set an example for all your employees and you can’t be giving them a hard time when they need assistance. The assistant manager had no leadership and showed she has no creditbility for that position.

I was looking for a classic bracelet as I walked in I was greeted nicely with smiles and was assisted quickly.They showed me a variety of options and prices to choose from and after picking I purchased the bracelet I was looking quick and easy.
