Most stores offer price adjustment when an item goes on sale within 1-2 weeks of your purchase - Pandora doesn't. Moreover, if by any chance you write incorrectly the Code given when completing surveys for a $10.00 discount, there is no way they can honor it nor is there a way to contact you to get the correct code. These 2 things are very inconvenient

Many of the charms I wanted to purchase were not in stock. In addition, I purchased a bracelet and didn't receive a box for it.
