Return or exchanges in that store are difficult and they don’t want to help . They treat you really bad.

Valentina the floor manager wasn't very helpful. She was giving me a hard time to exchange an item and then to apply my discount. Like if I was dumb. The sales associates was way more courteous and helpful than the manager. Not going back to that store again. Poor acknowledge.

I came here for the collection of Star Wars which I am fan of it. Thanks to the associate I got what I wanted and I love it.

When we walked in, we were appointed to an associate, who clearly didn’t have no clue on how to assist us. We were all shopping but tried to start with my youngest first. Everything we asked him he told us we’re not available. Only items $90 and up. When we walked around we saw plenty of ones under $40. We told him that my son was still deciding, but we were ready to make selections. He still walked away from us. So while we were waiting for him. The manager at the moment came up to us in a rude manner and told us we couldn’t be walking around looking. So we were told to leave. So I told him we were waiting on the associate to return. He told the manager that we weren’t there to buy anything. So he left us to go on to someone else. Every time I come to pandora in Westland Mall it’s always a bad experience. The employees there don’t have the respect and the manner to help customers to make them feel more welcome. Please give them some more training to be able to get the customer service back to the way it should be, managers and sales associates.

My husband and I, were treated VERY BAD. VLADIMIR & one of the managers are super rude and had HORRIBLE customer service. Gave us a hard time because I needed a bigger size on a ring my husband bought on the 6th before Valentine’s Day. The ring was very dark as well. They both claimed I had used the ring which it stayed inside its original box the whole time since it really didn’t feet me. They basically called us liars..It was truly unfair...a whole argument that could’ve been prevented if I could’ve just gotten the help I needed since it had only been exactly 11 days since it was purchased and completely UNUSED.

Vladimir seemed very hesitant to help me as I walked in the store as a few associates were talking to each other and it took a few minutes for him to come assist me. As I was asking about another charm, he looked eager to finish the transaction and told me I must have been looking at a fake website for the family related charms with a lot of attitude.I was upset by his lack of friendliness and rude demeanor. If you don’t want to work, I understand, but find someone who can better help me.

I waited for over 30 minutes and at least the first 20 not one sales associate helped me or came up to me. After the fact I was told to just wait by the manager and did not help at all.
