It was very nice talking story with our salesperson as I tried on jewelry. She made great suggestions. My husband and I made a purchase and a friend!

Was greeted nicely as soon as i walked through the door, Sidney was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect charms.

From the first step into the store I was greeted by Makayla (Great Northern, Cleveland, OH). She was very friendly and polite. I told her I was just taking a look but I always wanted a Pandora bracelet. I bought one in the past for my sister and given her friendliness, I listened to everything she was providing concerning Pandora. So I applied for the account and she placed one of the specials on hold because I told her I was unable to get bracelet that date and advised I would come in tomorrow. When I got there, I waited a few minutes because she was with another customer. Once she was done I had the best customer experience ever. She was very knowledgeable about everything Pandora. She listened through our conversations and I have the most beautiful and meaningful bracelet. I wish to personally thank Mykayla for that experience. She was perfect in providing customer service as well as giving me what I needed and will cherish forever.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable, friendly and assisted us in a very positive way. We did have one problem -- it took 20 minutes to check out due to issues with the cash register. The sales associate did her best to get us through as quickly as possible, but due to technical difficulties, it seemed to take forever to finalize our sale.

I wanted a Pandora charm bracelet to represent me n my life journey..The holiday sales in my opinion is a good time 2 get it, especially with the discount I received during Veteran's wkend..I will b geting my charms from this store 2 complete my bracelet..I like the assistant I received in purchasing my items..

Clerk was knowledgeable on where to find what I needed. She offered to wrap my gift. The other sales clerk offered to help my husband while I was being helped by someone else.
