Karen waited on me and was extremely helpful and pleasant; she made my shopping experience easy and fun! I purchased 4 gifts and all were wrapped beautifully. I'm thinking about returning after the holidays to purchase a 'gift' for Me!

It a gift for my wife and I have no idea how to puck the best for her. With help of MADISON she entertain my wife well and patiently MADISON let MY WIFE decide what she really want. A lot of beautiful choices. The best thing is they are all friendly specially with my kids around.

After creating a bracelet for a gift we saw almost the same thing in a gift box which we liked better and at a better price.

I was in the store for a Christmas present for my girlfriend and Kaitlin assisted me. The wait for assistance was short considering it was close to Christmas. The items I wanted to look at were brought out quickly by Kaitlin and I even purchased some more for a great deal. I'll be back for sure!!

Shopping at Pandora was a pleasure. I had no issues and everyone was so helpful. I needed an item to be shipped from another store and they told me by Sunday and it was there Wednesday. Perfect!

The staff is always pleasant in this store. Makes it easy to buy gifts.

The sales associate took her time showing me different categories of charms. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. The associate was also helpful, telling me that i can bring in my old pandora bracelet to get cleaned. I did not know they did this service and i had stopped wearing my old jewelery because it looks so tarnished
