I came to the store to look at stacking rings to compliment a Pandora ring I had been given the day before as a gift. The associate noticed my ring was too large for me and exchanged it on the spot so easily by looking up the receipt. She literally spent over an hour with me matching rings, gave me great advice and I purchased 3 more rings that I LOVE!! Sooo happy!! Thank you!!!
