A pandora ring that I had since December had a missing stone in it so I asked to exchange or have them fix it and they had my size and the same ring in stock so it was a very easy exchange

Sales associate welcomed me immediately upon entering the store. I was looking for something specific and she had complete knowledge of the inventory and showed me an assortment of charms that suited the occasion. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience,

The sales person Deanna was very nice and helpful, she took the time to also explain the cleaning which I have purchased before and no one ever told me what she did and she also had one of my other rings cleaned even thou I purchased it in Florida

My son's girlfriend's bracelet broke they no longer carry that bracelet as it was a limited addition, the manager went out of her way to help me select another bracelet. Also, as we were removing the charms to put on the new bracelet, one of the charms was not coming off after finally getting it off we could not get it on the new bracelet. The charm had none of the markings that a true Pandora charm should have, i assured them that i purchased the charm from that store at Christmas time, they were able to look up my prior purchases and saw that i had indeed purchased it there, they then replaced that charm.
