I manage my own business and customer service is always a BIG focus of training. So I always have high expectations when interacting with sales personnel when shopping. This evening I received exceptional service from the sales associate Julie. I had visited 7 different jewelry stores that evening and had walked away empty handed due to the lack of interest from the “sales” associates bothering to interact with me. Julie greeted me right away and was available when I requested to look at several different jewelry options. I purchased over $400 worth of items on a whim to treat myself and look forward to coming back and getting more in the future. Kudos to Julie for her great customer service skills, sales skills, and overall friendly demeanor.

I was highly satisfied with my visit on Saturday because I had all intentions of getting a bracelets for my daughter from my granddaughter for Mother’s Day. The sales Associate was so knowledgeable and SO helpful. She spent so much time with me showing all different charms and bracelets I finally picked one that I thought my daughter would love..
