We have been going to Pandora for the past 3 or so years, and every time it has been a wonderful experience. The girls that had waited on us each time, not only were kind, but they knew their jewelry. We will continue to shop at Pandora till the end of time.

The overall experience was very impressive. The sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The store was clean and everything was easily accessed.

The Pandora associates were all very friendly and more than willing to assist each other. Deanna was very sweet and knowledgeable about all merchandise in the store as well as upcoming collections to be released. The willingness of the associates to explain policies regarding purchases and the ease of exchanging damaged jewelry is exceptional. Also, during this visit I had some jewelry cleaned and it turned out beautiful.

They representative Kristen was extremely helpful. She was well versed on the products and was helpful in suggesting what would work for my nedds at my price point. She was pleasant and not pushy she took her time with me and made my first time experience a pleasant one.

Marianne went over and beyond to see that I was pleased. I was so pleased I took the 40 minute ride back the same day with my 14 year old daughter to purchase some items to see Marianne. This is my new store to purchase all my Pandora jewelry.

As soon as I enter the store a salesperson immediately came over to help me, also made some suggestion , I bought a gift for someone because I have two Pandora bracelets and just love them.
