Each and every time that I visit the Pandora store, I am greeted with a smile. The staff there remain friendly and happy to help when needed. The staff are fully knowledgeable of the new pieces of jewelry which makes my shopping experience pleasurable.

It takes a lot of patience to be a Pandora sales associate as the store offers so many charms, bracelets, etc. Putting on the charms and taking them off of the bracelet takes time....and more important patience! Your sales associate, Kelly Patterson is the BEST EVER!!! Her knowledge of every piece, knowing the names of every piece and designing a bracelet is outstanding!! She is also very, very friendly!! What a joy it is to have her as THE BEST, in my opinion, sales associate for Pandora.....

We were greeted upon arrival immediately, I liked that, I knew what I wanted. I didn't need to wait, and the representative knew quite a bit about the knew shine collection. My only disappointment was the store did not have a lot of the shine collection or any books on the shine collection, I have a thing for bumble bees and gold. I will definitely be back for more.
