I called the Ocean County mall (Pandora) store a day before and the manager placed my requested charm on hold. I arrived the next day and met sales lady Aiira and she was so helpful that I bought 2 reindeer charms.

My sales associate was very helpful her name was Alicia, she was smiling and warm and very helpful to me in picking out gifts for my daughters. We spoke about many things we have in common. She was such a kind Woman.
