I came into the store looking for Christmas gifts for my daughter, Mom and sister. My daughters charm was easy to choose and in stock. The girls were patient with me while helping me to pick out a ring for my mom, this was harder to choose than I thought it would be but the girl helping me asked me questions about my mom that helped to narrow it down until I picked the perfect one. My sister..this was hard. She wanted a specific ring but it was retired and out of stock. These girls were absolutely amazing at trying to track one down for me. While they were unable to locate one, they truly went above and beyond in their efforts and I appreciate it more than they know! During all of this they also fixed my sisters bent ring...I might not have found the ring she wanted, but I surprised her with that! I’ll definitely be back. Happy Holidays to the amazing staff!
