I was greeted immediately by several employees. I was then helped by one of them and she found several items for me and also suggested a couple I wasn't planning on purchasing and I purchased them. The store was bright and clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I paid $5 for a gift box. I then got home and realized that the associate did not put the item in the gift box. If I did not check this I would of given my girlfriend an empty box.

I was given a bracelet with a hear charm that somehow disappeared. I purchased the same charm only to notice it's scratched. I want a replacement for the lost charm as well as the scratches one. It is for the reflections design. Also, there are only 3charms available for the Tinkerbell bracelet.

There were 2 associates standing together & a Manager behind counter chatting. My daughter was being helped & I asked one of the associates for assistance & she asked if I was with her, said the girl helping my daughter will help me, then turned her back & continued chatting. The Manager offered to show me some items but I told her I’ll wait, she insisted, I said if this is your policy, it’s ok I’ll wait. We came in together, however we were both shopping & paying separately. I did ask the one helping my daughter if they work off commission. I can maybe see if the store was crowded, but there was only one other person being helped. As a customer asking for help, she should’ve been glad to assist!

My sales associate's name was daniel g 234128 and he was extremely helpful, I do not really know What charm I wanted? But I wanted something for my son and he spent the whole time going around the store with me trying to find a perfect charm and I didn't feel. Rushed at any point. He was very helpful and so nice. He deserves a raise because I know I took ever to pick something and he was so Patient with me.
