The sales lady was marvelous she help me. The manager cleaned my jewelry im so happy because they are loving and mating people at this store.

The sales associate seemed disinterested in giving me suggestions for a gift.

My associate was so kind and very knowledgeable !

The selection of items was great that the store had but I didn’t have what I was specifically looking for in an abundance. I didn’t see all options I saw online. However in the end I found something to satisfy my needs.

Great service Prices are too high And you only had one daughter charm.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

the sales guy who helped me was not very friendly or helpful. he greeted me when i came in but when i was looking at rings, the females usually have full convos with me and really help me out. he just stood there and handed me a ring and didn’t say anything else. he didn’t seem to know anything about the jewelry either. he just seemed like he didn’t wanna be there at all.

They were out of the charm I wanted

i was so happy to finally get ahold of the charm i have been wanting and a ring!!! as a college student money can be very hard but it’s also very important to know that it is okay to buy things that make you happy and my first stop was pandora. they manger was very nice to listen to my pricing range and stuck to it. the store is honestly so beautiful and classy the way it is set up. the only “complaint” that i have is the manager was really pushing for me to get the credit card when she could tell i didn’t want to nor want it. again college student LOL. But overall very very pleased and already planning on when i can save up to get more on my list!

Did not have my size in the bracelet I wanted even though the website said you did.
