Lack of 14k gold products

The young lady did not offer more than 1 style of charm bracelet. She only showed 2 of them when there were multiple styles, I later found that out at home when I was browsing through the catalog. I also asked about accessories you can add to the charm bracelets, she said there isn’t anything but charms, as reading thru the catalog later I could see there were many options available to choose from that were spacer like charms.

I asked for an email recipet and i specifically asked not to be put on any mailing list. come to find out that i am recieving offers that i never asked for.

The atmosphere was not as such

Putting my selections together and checking out seemed to take a long time.

Sales person did not ask to clean my bracelet s to the matching necklace that I bought. They were not busy. I was the only customer at the time.

They were very nice

The size bracelet was not there so I had to settle on a different one. The charm I wanted was not there also.

I went into the store with wanting to get a certain charm which they were sold out of. But I did end up purchasing two other items.
