I was satisfied with the shopping experience.

I appreciated the sales personnel having an interest in helping me find what I was looking for. She was pleasant, prompt and wrapped my product nicely.

It was just an average visit. I was rather disappointed because I paid in cash and they handled my money like I was giving them something dirty. It was actually to the point it was off putting

I went there with a list of the items I wanted from the catalog. More than half of the items were out of stock which was disappointing as I was starting a new bracelet for my mom and the charms were each picked out by all of her children & husband so I had to settle for different charms hoping they would be ok. The associates were friendly and apologized and tried to find other options so I don't blame their service. Just disappointing when I had everything planned out and was spending over $500 for something we all picked out only to find out not everything was available and had to settle and spend money on charms I was unsure whether they would be liked.

Not enough staff. I waited outside the store for about 20 minutes, I was the third in line. There was only 1 person helpin customers and two others standing there talking. This is my second time experiencing this at this store. Considering it was 3 days before Mother’s Day there should have been more help.

It was very hot in the store and the sales associate apologized several times that she could not help. Everyone was hot and miserable, especially with fave masks on. UGH!

I am very satisfied. Took a while to find the things I came in for. Sales associate was very nice.

The manager or employee was staring over my shoulder when I went to make a purchase with the lovely lady helping me, which made me uncomfortable. Maybe the person was a new trainee, yet the store was small and not as much room so having a man stare at me as I try to decide which rings to select left me feeling anxious.
