The older manager is very nasty and seems to act that she doesn't wish to be there. Sales associate however are all extremely nice.

The sales associate wanted us to stay in one corner and we were unable to move around the store and look. I wanted to look at everything and felt I was not given that opportunity. Was disappointed to learn of the quality of the pink and yellow gold overlay. Didn't feel comfortable and able to see everything to make a better decision. Felt rushed.

I understand about the pandemic. I work in a hospital. But only allowing 2 ppl in the store at a time is a little overkill. The amount of stuff outside the store isn't enough. The line was ridiculous when only allowing 2 in at a time. My husband brought me there ready to spend about $500 for Christmas for me. And since we couldn't get in we only spent $78. It's a shame. I was really looking forward to getting what i wanted.

There are two registers at check out. The protective shields that have been put up are not in front of register where a customer stands, they are in the space between the registers. poor location, would you want two customers to stand shoulder to shoulder at checkout????

I’m not wowed easily. I went to the store very early and a weekday so I didn’t expect a wait. I knew what I wanted and was out in no time at all.

Some associates outside the store seemed to not be very helpful. Explained why we were there and they seemed confused. I told them i wanted to look at bracelets for charms I had received as a gift and they wanted me to look at the book. They made it seem like I couldn't go into the store. Once I told them I was there to physically look at bracelets because I was looking online but I needed to get sized and I had some questions. Once we got into the store our associate was very helpful though.

My father was looking at rings and he has a big ring size. It would be nice to have some rings for men with big ring sizes. I know that it is mostly a jewelry store for women however, it would be nice to create things for men to get so they do not feel left out and they do not have to revert to online shopping.
