A little bit too pricey for a small ring like the one I bought. And there weren’t any that were bigger (square), which is what I was originally looking for. Overall it was ok

My first visit to the store on Sunday, September 27, 2020, was awesome! The salesperson took so much time in helping me and making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I returned on Monday, September 28, 2020, because I forgot to purchase jewelry cleaner. I walked into the store and approached a salesperson. I told her I needed jewelry cleaner, right away she asked my if I had Pandora jewelry. I thought this was rude. I know I wasn't dressed very nice as I had been doing some housework and cleaning before I arrived, but I just felt terrible. I explained that I forgot to purchase it the day before, and she just looked me up and down examining how I was dressed. I thought this was very rude on her part and made me feel uncomfortable. I did make the purchase of two jewelry cleaning products, but I will never go into this store again if I see her. My purchases without the promotion would have been close to $450, that I paid for with my debit card/ cash. No one should judge anyone by the way they are dressed. Just because I wasn't wearing any jewelry doesn't mean I don't own any. In fact, I own 4 bracelets, rings, and necklaces from Pandora. I'm a loyal customer.

When I walked into the store, one associate was helping a customer already, but there were 2 women just standing there talking as I was waiting. It took a few minutes for either of them to acknowledge me and then when I was finally helped, I was helped by an assistant manager, and she was very unwelcoming and had an attitude in her voice the whole time she was helping me. She seemed very bothered to be helping me. She then proceeded as she was checking out my items, to argue with another staff member directly in front of me.

There is no perfect experience on a first visit to a store or getting around the store finding the pieces that you are looking for. You have to tell the representative what you have in mind and they show you what you're looking for. The displays are there with items but not as open and visible as they could be.

I am not sure if all of the store associates said hello and greeted me like the other white customers. However the sales associate that helped me was very helpful

I had a really sweet young woman wait on me. She was patience and kind, offered some solutions to issues I was having and truly helped me with the Pandora I already had.

some employees talk to each other and act like your not even there. this pandora does not carry an autism charm? why do I have to go to Jared to get a autism charm? my son is autistic. his mother and I are proud of him. I asked about an autism charm for her bracelet and got a look like I was growing another head and told we dont carry autism charms in this store. when I asked her to please check she rolled her eyes walked away and came back a minute later and replied that there was no autism charms made by pandora which I know is a lie. I understand and get it. it was before xmas and they were dealing with a million people and she might have just been a little fed up but was no reason to lie to me just to move me along to the next person. so there's your reasons why I was not highly satisfied.
